I went to FitMD for weight loss a yr ago after trying other methods. I lost 25lbs. it was hard work but they kept me accountable by me showing up every week and giving me homework. It wasn’t just a diet, it was a lifestyle change. They were motivating and kept me on track. It was an amazing experience. I just recently went back because i’m trying to lose some additional weight (i want to lose another 15 lbs and i had managed to keep most of my prior weight off). They were fantastic and welcoming. I was also having some HRT issues with pellets causing nerve damage so I’m working with them on HRT as well. I highly recommend FitMD. They truly care!

I recently started going to FitMD. I was so happy to have discovered where Jennifer Fightmaster had gone. I went to her from a previous location and was disappointed when learning she was no longer with that particular business. Jennifer is caring, knowledgable and willing to listen to concerns I have. It is wonderful having a Nurse Practitioner that understands the relationship between client and provider is a shared journey. She is very humble and while she has a lot of knowledge, she also has a spirit of being open to learning. I am looking forward to sharing my journey of health with Jennifer. She is a gem!! 🙂
